We’re set to bring our lounge concept to The Meetings Show next week as we partner up with Centaur Media to provide a dedicated space for attendees.
The space we’re set to create will utilise integrated technology such as in-built wireless charging and the Samsung Flip to deliver an advanced experience, as we look to present the meeting space of the future.
Peter Evans, founder of Third Space Solutions, said of our involvement with the Meetings Show: “Meeting spaces are ever evolving – but not all of those who facilitate meetings are moving with the times. Our agile meeting spaces incorporate the latest technology as well as the more traditional components of a business lounge. Our aim is to demonstrate just some of the possibilities on offer to those in the meetings industry, helping to convey how utilising the space available to you can improve the delegate experience, maximising returns and attracting a better-quality audience.”
The Meetings Show is the leading exhibition for businesses that specialise in providing services to the meetings industry and our dedicated area will help to showcase our capabilities to those in attendance.
The lounge will feature the latest in meeting pod design with embedded wireless power charging, LED lighting and comfortable seating, together with a breakout area with sofas. The space will provide an area in which to conduct meetings, speed network, or simply stay connected and catch up on work throughout the day.
We will also be showcasing the Samsung Flip – an interactive 55″ digital flipchart designed for creative thinking, collaboration and innovation.

Exhibitions are a key area where the concept of the third space can be exploited. The overwhelming majority of attendees are doing so for work related reasons, which means
developing an area for some dedicated working/networking time makes perfect sense.”
Our brand ambassadors will be on hand throughout both days of the show, helping to relay the solutions we’re able to deliver to those who use the lounges.

The Meetings Show is the premier event for the inbound and outbound meetings and event industry in the UK, and will be held at Olympia London on the 27 th and 28 th of June.
